Come experience the modern touches of this remodeled home, including all new hardwood flooring, freshly painted, renovated hallway bathroom, and all new furniture and fixtures throughout, three brand new Samsung SmartTVs, new stainless steel appliances, brand new patio furniture, a brand new Weber gas grill, and an irrigation system to ensure the lawn looks picturesque.

Upon entering you’ll be greeted by a den and large living room, the perfect gathering place for family and friends. The living room is accented by a 58-inch Samsung SmartTV. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, and 43-inch Samsung SmartTV. There is also a queen bedroom with 32-inch Samsung SmartTV, and another bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed, which share the full hallway bathroom. There is additional sleeping space for an air mattress in the third bedroom.

Open up a book and relax outside on the deck as you soak in “island living.” Or fire up the grill and watch the kids play in the large backyard, which provides a great environment to host cookouts with family and friends. There is parking for two cars in the driveway.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning, bed linens, towels, plus the beds are made prior to guest arrival. Guests are subject to an additional $250 cleaning fee if grill not cleaned adequately after use.
