A young, Victorian-style home, designer-decorated and nestled on a quiet lane in East Chop, located just minutes away from all the charm and activities Oak Bluffs has to offer. The beach, harbor, and town are all just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk away, or less than a 5 minute drive/bike ride.

This air-conditioned home has an eat-in-kitchen and separate dining room that can accommodate up to 9 guests. The living room is accented by a 40-inch Samsung SmartTV, and a charming beach stone fireplace. Downstairs you will find a finished basement with 48-inch SmartTV, a sofa, ping pong table, and an arcade machine – perfect for kids and rainy day activities.

The spacious master en suite features a warm blue color decor, 40-inch Samsung SmartTV, and a separate attached room that makes for a great nursery and the bathroom features a mosaic-tiled shower. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed, Samsung SmartTV, and a bathroom right outside the door. The two upstairs bedrooms each have two twin beds, including one with a trundle, and share a full bathroom. The twin beds can also be converted into king beds.

The front porch is equipped with rocking chairs perfect for a quiet afternoon reading or relaxing. Outside is a large deck, Weber gas grill, and a backyard, and a hammock, which provides a great environment for cookouts and gathering with friends and family. An outdoor shower enables you to rinse off after a long day at the beach. There is ample parking for three cars in the driveway. This is a quintessential Martha’s Vineyard vacation home!

The cleaning fee covers cleaning, linens, bath and beach towels, the cost of laundering, plus we make all beds prior to guest arrival, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy! Guests are subject to an additional $250 cleaning fee if grill not cleaned adequately after use.
