Yard Arm 3 is a spacious home located on a lovely lot in Palmetto Dunes. There is a beautiful, large, live oak tree that frames the porch and the entrance that offers a picturesque, Low Country look. From the porch you can watch the golfers on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. The large living room with wet bar and vaulted ceiling has a 50″ plasma TV and a view to the lagoon over the pool (can be heated for additional cost.) There is a formal dining area and a well equipped, eat in kitchen complete with granite counter tops. Off the kitchen is a powder room and laundry room.

Downstairs is a private master suite with king size bed and a full bath with Jacuzzi tub. Also, on the first floor is a bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath.

Take the large staircase to the second floor. To the left is a bedroom with a king size bed and an additional room off this bedroom with two twin beds. They have a shared full bath. The next bedroom has two twin beds and opens to a kitchenette and an additional, large master suite with a king size bed and full bath. The loft has a queen size sleeper sofa. All bedrooms and loft have flat screen HDTV’s !!

This home is perfect for large or multiple families. Free high speed wireless internet! It is a 13 minute walk to the beach or a few minute bike ride or take the on demand Beach Buggy for free!!!

Also, enjoy the game room that will have a Flat Screen TV, 8-Foot Pool Table and a Joola outdoor tennis table that will be complete by Spring 2020!!!

Palmetto Dunes is an ideal area for a wonderful, family vacation. Ride the miles of bike paths. Visit the local store for morning coffee and the newspaper. Play tennis and golf.
